Love Myself – Day 23

actually at that point of menopause where I don’t get them ever 5 minutes like I used to.  It’s sort of like having your own personal heater and can come in handy.

For instance, we went out to dinner last night and it was a bit chilly and – BAM – hot flash; I was nice and toasty.  Perfect timing.  Now if only I could take credit.  But, I do love ’em and I’m glad – oh so glad – to be on this side of menopause.
